Tim Proudman

Tim Proudman completed his medical degree in 1986 at the University of Adelaide. He trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Adelaide and Brisbane and in 1996 became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. In 1996 he undertook fellowship in the UK at St James' Hospital in Leeds. In 1998 he was awarded Master of Surgery by the University of Adelaide. He is currently Head of Unit of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Tim has served on the Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons from 2003 to 2009 and was Chairman of the Board from 2007 to 2009. He is currently an Examiner for the College.

Tim's interests are in all aspects of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has expertise in skin cancer surgery, breast surgery, tummy tuck, eyelid and facelift surgery, liposuction, children's plastic surgery such as prominent ears and hand surgery, brachial plexus surgery and peripheral nerve surgery.

Tim consults on Wakefield Street and Angaston Hospital and operates at the Wakefield Surgicentre, Calvary Wakefield hospital, Angaston Hospital and Burnside Hospital.

Michael McCleave

Michael McCleave is an Adelaide trained Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
He has completed fellowship training in hand and microsurgery at the Kleinert Institute in the USA, a paediatric plastic surgery Fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children in London and the Mentor International Aesthetic/Cosmetic Fellowship in London.

Michael is currently a Senior Consultant at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre and Repatriation General Hospital. He is a Clinical Senior Lecturer within the School of Medicine at the University of Adelaide. He is actively involved in the teaching of surgical registrars and has an ongoing research interest. He is currently the President of the South Australian Hand Surgery Society.

He has an interest in all plastic and reconstructive surgery with a particular interest in skin cancers, hand surgery, cosmetic surgery, paediatric plastic surgery, microsurgery, nerve surgery, abdominal wall surgery and post-weight loss surgery. His personal approach is to give patients honest and clear advice on the treatment options so they can make an informed decision about the option best suited to them. Cosmetic procedures use the latest short scar minimally invasive techniques and he only uses FDA approved implants.

Michael consults at 309 Wakefield Street, Adelaide and at the Victor Medical Centre in Victor Harbor. He operates at the Wakefield Surgicentre, Calvary Wakefield Hospital, Burnside Hospital and the South Coast District Hospital in Victor Harbor.
